Nestled in a welcoming & beautiful bluff property in South Anchorage, Rabbit Creek Vista (5-resident home) offers personalized care that fosters each resident’s independence, dignity, and connection.

We are more than a residence — we are a staff-supported, family-owned home built on faith, trust and purpose.

Service Overview

  • 24/7 Support and Supervision: Trained staff provide continuous, round-the-clock care, ensuring safety and managing resident needs.

  • Assistance with Daily Living (ADLs): Help with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing and grooming.

  • Health Management: Medication administration, communication/coordination with medical professionals as needed, on-call RN.

  • Meal Service and Nutrition: Nutritious meals, snack preparation, and nutrition education.

  • Life Skills Development: Coaching in cooking, laundry, cleaning, budgeting, and healthy lifestyle.

  • Community Integration and Socialization: While RCV does not directly provide transportation, we work closely with care professionals and family to assure appointments, outings, and recreational activities occur in order to build social skills and community engagement.

Who we are

A proud Alaskan family, both Andre and Tara were born and raised in Anchorage. Andre traveled the world as a professional ski racer before obtaining his Master of Business Management from UAA. Tara is an art nerd with a heart for people, and holds a Master of Social Work from UAA.

Rabbit Creek Vista ALH is designed to feel like home — warm, bright, and inviting. Our spacious residence provides both privacy and community, with thoughtfully designed spaces to meet a variety of needs.

Living Spaces

Private and shared rooms, shared bathrooms, open-concept kitchen, dining room, living room and solarium. Shared laundry facilities, outdoor yard, pond and garden area. 24-hour supervision/staffing care. Rooms are unfurnished, to allow new residents to make their space their own.

Home Atmosphere

Residents enjoy family-style meals, group activities, and quiet spaces to relax. Each shared space is designed with comfort, safety, and happiness in mind.

Everyday Life

Each day brings opportunities for learning, friendship, and connection. From shared breakfasts to creative classes and activities, our residents enjoy routines that encourage both structure and spontaneity.
